Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for customer relationship management through providing effective and timely service of troubleshooting and equipment maintenance of ultrasound and DR products by remote operational demonstrations or utilizing relevant tools and resources.
2. Provide after-sales technical advice and guidance.
3. Provide administrative support to the team, including but not limited to processing sales orders, monitoring delivery schedule, and handling daily documents.
Job Requirements:
1. Master knowledge in related fields and possess strong practical skills. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills.
2. Preferred majors include medical electronic equipment maintenance, electronics, computer science and other related fields of study.
3. Possess the ability to understand and apply electronic and mechanical theories to diagnose and repair equipment, including knowledge of relevant tools and test equipment.
4. Proficiency in English. Fluent in Spanish is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
